Car Accident..! Unlucky Day

An accident happened to me with my car at Kuala Lumpur, while I on the way back home from dinner. But is not my fault, the accident happened at the traffic light junction. I followed the traffic light rules and it was GREEN !!! Then I only start move towards, suddenly a van appear in front of me and I had make an emergency break. My car already stop at middle of the road and the stupid fella still drive fast over and my car damage more worst, that stupid fella was not following the traffic light! It was red light he still makes the right turn and finally the accident happened. My car was crash at the front light, signal light, bonnet, tank, all gone.. I bang his van at side back just a little bit concave but my car was seriously damage, scary movement when the car suddenly in front of me and i it crash my car, but lucky that I didn't get any hurt.

After that, I park my car aside the road and go down talk to that stupid Indian fella, he don't want to admit that he didn't follow the traffic light he said that it was green light then only he make the turning. He drive super fast until I did not realize where he came from until his van was in front of me and I bang it. Since he did not wan to admit his fault, so we settle at police station and my car need to claim insurance to repair, the cost to repair my car at least need thousand onwards so I have to do the report the claim the insurance.

Haiz.. After a long hours reporting and talking to the traffic police , the conclusion is I need to pay the cost to repair my car or claim own insurance, Because of that stupid Indian did not want to admit his fault so my car damage cost can't claim his car's insurance. The police can't help me also because he said I do not have evidence saw the accident happened and that stupid fella don't want to admit his wrong, so that is the only way to settle this case.

That fella did not admit his fault, so he didn't get any summon from police and his OLD van looks nothing damage, so he can go back home sleep nicely!!!!!! For me I need to send my car to repair and I have no car use for 2 weeks.. How do I go to work?? WHERE IS THE JUSTICE !!!!
Tired !! It was 3.05am rite now, I can't sleep.. I still on fire ! haiz.. What I can do? Haiz.. 经一事，长一智啰 。。
